How to join us as a patient

Priory Medical Group is a long established group practice in the City of York. The Practice operates from six different surgeries and has a full primary care team.

We welcome new patients to the practice. If you want to register as a patient, perhaps because you are new to York, just visit your nearest surgery. There is no need to make an appointment.

It would help us complete the registration details if you bring a copy of your NHS Registration card (FP4) with you.

All our surgeries are accessible to patients in wheelchairs.
