Health Visitors
Health Visitors are qualified nurses with special training and experience
in child health, health promotion and health education. They are supported
by Care Assistants and are available to everyone regardless of age or
sex.
Each of the six surgeries has a named Health Visitor.
Health Visitors are subject to a code of professional conduct requiring
them to act at all times in your interest. Typical situations where a
Health Visitor can help are:
